Q: 1995 Mazda B2300 and 95 Ford Ranger Parts Interchangeable?
I own a 1995 Mazda B2300 and i am looking at upgrading some parts. Most of the websites i go to sell parts for a 95 ford ranger only. Will certain custom parts like headlights, taillights and exhaust systems pretty much fit exactly the same on the B2300 as they do the ranger. They are pretty much the same truck right?
A: I'd say to pull up next to a Ranger and look it over. My Explorer and my buddy Del's Navajo look the same, but it's surprising what all won't interchange. If a local salvage yard buddy will let you, look in the Hollander Interchange Manual for some guidance.

im not sure about craigslist for parts that big and old.

We have an old 1994 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab 4.0L 2WD Automatic, that we are not using anymore and we are looking at getting a second truck. We are thinking about buying a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab 4.0L 2WD Automatic. We were just wondering would the parts (engine...etc) on the 94 fit the 98?
A: from 94 to 98 the 4.0 liter motors didnt change.everything else should be the same.

A: I bought my Class III receiver hitch brand new on ebay for $55, and the tailight harness adapter at walmart was $30 I think.
I pull a 16' car hauler with my Ranger. My Ranger also has a 8.8" rear from the factory, most had 7.5" but it shouldn't matter, really.

i'm not into the whole getting a ticket thing and both of my license plate lights dont have covers on them and i'm afraid that it will cause me to get a ticket cause they are just out there shining all bright and stuff. is there anywhere online that sells these light covers that i'm looking for? i already looked at ebay and jcwhitney.
A: If you just can't find them anywhere, consider swapping out the whole fixture. It's just two wires and is relatively inexpensive.

Q: hydraulic clutch will not engage after r&r w/new parts 95 ford ranger?
A: It wont engage or disengage? If it wont engage, that means the clutch assembly wasn't install correctly or the clutch slave cylinder is stuck fully extended. If it wont disengage, the clutch assembly may have been installed incorrectly or there may be air in the system that needs to be bled out. Bleed the hydraulic master and slave andit that doesn't make it work, then the clutch needs to be removed and checked.
Q: Gutless Ford Ranger part 2?
It is a V6 2.9 rebuilt at Fallon Auto Mall (a ford shop) in Fallon, NV: since, with less than 500 miles, tune up with oil change, air & fuel filter change. When I put the accellerator to the floor it will "creep" to a higher speed and after about 2 miles tops at 80MPH with a strong tail wind. The exhaust system is also rather new (aprox. 1000 miles).
Even with a rebuilt engine my '88 Ranger 4 X 4 looses 20 MPH on a slight incline and drops dramatically as the hills steepen. Any ideas how I can increase the power?
A: If the engine head was not remanufactured then the valve guides might be leaking sporadically. Do a compression test on each cylinder at different engine rpms. If the compression occasionally drops in a cylinder then air is leaking around the valves and through the valve guides.
Q: Looking for parts for 06 Ford Ranger. Cant find many, but theres a lot for 05s. Will they fit?
Are there very many if any major changes from 05 to 06 Rangers?
A: Why don't you call your dealership and ask for the paint and body shop. I am sure that they can help you out.
I have a 90 car and from 89 to 91 alot of parts are interchangeable.
